Our reservation process is quite simple. Get started by following the instructions below.
Step 1: First, start by filling out the reservation form above OR by sending us a WhatsApp and requesting a quote for your transfer.
Step 2: We will process your inquiry and respond to you with a quote for your transfer. You’ll then need to approve the quoted amount and we’ll send you a link to the online payment system where you can process the payment for your reservation.
Step 3: You’ll then be asked to verify your payment and we will proceed to confirm your reservation in the system. Once your reservation has been confirmed you will receive an email with the contact details for your transfer in case of any changes, delays, cancellations, etc.
IMPORTANT: Reservations can be made via email or WhatsApp between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm CST.
Yes, but please note that we cannot guarantee availability for all last minute inquiries. In order to ensure availability, we recommend booking your transfer at least 24-48 hours in advance of your arrival or departure.
All payments must be made in full and verified by us in order to confirm your reservation. If you have any questions regarding payments, please feel free to reach out to us and we’ll be in touch with you as soon as possible.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled transfer. Please note that all last minute cancellations (>24 hours) due to flight delays and/or flight cancellations are non-refundable.
All confirmed cancellations will receive a full refund of their payment minus the service fees that the payment processors charges for making the sale. Service fees are the fees added at checkout and paid for during the payment process of the reservation.
