Luggage capacity depends on the selected vehicle and the size of your group. Please include all checked bags and carry-on items in your quote request so we can assign a vehicle with enough space for your passengers and luggage.
All reservations must be paid in full in advance of your arrival/departure in order to officially confirm your reservation in our system.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
Approved cancellations made within the permitted window will receive a full refund minus any payment-processing service fees charged during checkout.
